shrine box sky


Oh yea! whoop de do, my major painting for the day was painting a blue sky in the shrine box I made to display my effigy wish doll. However if you think I am complaining then you would be wrong. It was just LOVELY and soothing.



TIP OF THE DAY: When putting on your mask don't forget to check and blow out the interior of your mask so you don't get a wee spider up yer nose. YIKES!!!!!!!

A shrine for the effigy doll? Gee, mine fell apart before I even got to take a picture!(It was made of garden stuff)
And a spider up yer hooter? Egh!Worse than a scorpion in yer wellies (had one of those,once!)

well dina, she's going to be hanging about a bit (going in the exhibit) so I needed a frame shape consistent with the other frames.
ooooh think I prefer a spider up me snorter than a scorpion in a wellie.

The sky is perfect- I love it but thinking of a spider up my nose made me want to scream!

Hope you post the whole thing, doll and sky together.

I once heard that everyone ingests an average of 8 spiders per year while sleeping... YIKES.

omg lonebeader, now I am going to keep me gob shut! YAK! Andrea I have seen some large one's yes. I'm off to bed now and I am going to have bloody nightmares lol!

Wonderful sky! I am still not done with my doll...I stopped and never started again...maybe now I will.
Spiders...well, I guess it's extra protien. What I don't know I eat won't hurt me I guess! :)

I think I am going to call it "Shrine to Wishes" Cynthia. I am already working on some of the wishes I hid inside the doll.

Spiders in the mask. That is one of the problems I worry about when I keep supplies and tools out in the garage.

My effigy doll is still a work in progress...
I believe she may be worthy of a shrine too one day.
I will be too, if ever I get her finished!!!

Ooh, a spider up the nose!!!
My nostrils are all a tingle at the thought of that disturbing infiltration!!!
