I'm Back
a tear drop rolls down her cheek
waits impatiently
waits impatiently
Talking about backs, that is how mine feels. We drove 2300 miles round trip from Ohio to Florida. On the way there and back I wrote notes, and tried my hand at haiku. We moved our daughter into her new apartment, hung out with some old friends we had made when we first came to the USA, and visited the Salvidor Dali Museum.
Hope everyone is well and will look forward to catching up with my fave bloggers.
Message to Disney Gal: boo hoo! miss you already.

Awesome statue!
I too have a horrible back. It goes out so bad on occasion that I can't walk. I go to a chiropractor who zaps me with electricity, then he pops and cracks me and in a few days I'm good as new.
I only go when my back is out, and it works very well for me. Maybe there's someone near you who can help?
I surely hope so.

When I visited Florida I wanted to go. I was in Orlando and could have driven but was a bit scared of crashing the car. I had an international license but found problems just crossing a double lane highway as a pedestrian. Us Aussies drive on a different side of life.
I may consider chiropractor in the future margot. I would like to see how losing weight (on a plan), back exercises, and walking helps within the next 3 months. No change then go to plan b. Plan zed is surgery.
