My Knees Know and Angry Man Attacks Yarnbombs

I can now attest to the fact that the bike trail in Yellow Springs, Ohio does indeed go uphill both ways, phew! What a glorious trail to ride my new trike bike and so lucky to have it nearby.

Local gossip

According to a couple of eye witnesses, 6:30am Friday morning a clean cut looking young man in his mid thirties wielding a knife was marching down Xenia Avenue  angrily hacking down every single yarnbomb that local artist Johanna had put up to honor the local ys pride group.  When asked he claimed, "he was saving the trees", and tossed the yarnbombs in the trash. Perhaps he saw that some in this town want to save the trees

 and thought it was from yarnbombs,sheesh!!!!!!!!!! Either they don't read the papers, or they are ignorant about what hurts trees (and it ain't yarnbombs). One witness was scared to approach him, and I don't blame her. Getting THAT angry and marching down the main street with a knife is disturbing.  I hope if anyone sees him they report him to the police.
