Off to the Land of Cockfights

I admit I was shocked when I saw this last time I visited. The thought of it makes me shiver, arg!

Instead I will leave you with this image as I fly off into the sunshine for a few days.

Playing with Wire

alas my wire face sculpture is nowhere as near as good as Alexander Calder's below, but 

 I didn't follow the method of using a continuous line drawing to base it on. I was kind of just goofing around with a spare bit of wire lying around the studio.

So two kinds of faffing will be going on in Puerto Rico, one that involves dithering about the place and the other Free Art Friday.
