Inspiration exists, BUT

I haven't seen the movie Modigliani, which some say is awful, but I thought this video clip and music lovely.


Played in my sketchbook last night and there must be some subliminal message about being wooly-minded ;)

  However today my Monday Muse is telling me to get off the computer and start laying the groundwork for a painting and an embroidery.  The ideas have been fermenting for weeks and are busting to get out.

Inspiration does exist, but it must find you working.

i LOVE Modigliani... and i really enjoyed the movie... i have read that it exaggerates his lifestyle but isn't that true of most movies? have to make it more exciting somehow...

i'm working on a sugar skull right now... i am designing one to be tattooed on my arm and i suppose it's going to have a theme related to my MS junk...

p.s. i love looking at your art... your yarn projects, and well all of it... :)

I (vaguely) remember the movie. It was kind of depressing.

I LOVE his work but personally dislike him as a person.

Alot of those guys were pretty squirrely, though. I sometimes wonder if a good bit of it was the toxic pigments they used in their paints?
