Painting Cans Project
Our (mine and Nancy's) cans are now posted on Painting Cans, a collaborative project by the Confusion Group.
Hope you check it out as it's fun seeing the different ways people have painted their cans.
So we were one of the Thousands Without Power in Ohio
Just got our Power back after two and a half days.
.
We lost a tree, a few shingles, no phones or cell phone access.
Lived by candlelight for a couple of evenings.
I did manage to paint a can and
For $25 dollars it's a bargain.

Glad you got through it OK. I posted a couple of photos of our area on my Brookville Daily Photo blog.
I published a post about squirrels and other animals and some of the problems they have. I hope you can take the time to read it. That animals suffer and we do not seem to notice seems so sad. Look at my Dances on Sunshine
I will pop over and read your blog, and if anyone else is reading this. Abraham takes the most amazing photographs of local animal life with interesting info about them.
Love both cans.
I think the second one is really quite beautiful.
I really feel for those who have really sustained damage or suffered hardship because of the storms. We were just inconvenienced which is the worst I can say about it.
I think the second can is really pretty too.
A variety of found object art? Another addition to my list of unusual art of the 21st century. I like the paper bag art too!
