Knit Graffiti, skeletons, and crushed can art

Not much major artwork being done as our skeleton crew (jafagirls) are busy taking photographs for a postcard series, working on a grant, and preparing work for free art friday coming up this week. Here is one of the crushed can paintings I did for free art.

Who is Briana Sewage?

Briana Sewage is the female version of Brian Sewell. He earned the enmity of people in the Northeast of England after some of his comments regarding art in the North. You can hear him on a radio clip on the bbc news website (link is at the right). I'll let you draw your own conclusions about him, but I do believe he would be an excellent recipient of the booger award. If anyone isn't familiar with who he is, he is a British art critic who talks EVER so, EVER so posh and is often the target of comedy groups such as Dead Ringers.
Talking about Peace: number 13:00 Blair offers a peace road map to resolve the tom and jerry conflict.

thanks sarah. I don't know who has more fun with the skeleton, us or the public. She certainly gives people a good chuckle and brings out the puns and jokes.

That is the coolest street corner and LOL I love it! I bet people crane their necks to get a look at the skeleton and LOL, even the street sign has a knitted sweater! :) The Jafagirls have been up to some cool artmakings and I love the crushed can art too!!
