Spirit Dolls

"Oh!" I thought as I drove to jafa jans house, "wouldn't it be fun to make a spirit doll together for jafa X." So we threw a bunch of stuff on the table in her studio and took turns making it. Our hope was that it would make her laugh every time she saw it. Also perhaps provide a means to direct her pain rather than lash out at the person it represented or internalize it.
