Blogging Vs Facebook for Artists

I see a lot of young or emerging artists putting almost all their time into fb promoting their work/organization but there is a downside. The pros of course are that you can reach a large group of fans quickly, but check out the cons of putting all your eggs in one basket courtesy of Patricia Redsicker

Your 10 points re: blogging vs fb are logical and thoughtful. Thank you. I need to spend more time paying attention to my blogging and offering useful and compelling posts. With my FASO website, I can blog and it can go directly to fb, if I choose. The same with my Blogger site. I like them both, and need to decide how I can use both. So far, I have been writing about my art on my website blog, and using blogger for art + my travel blogging. I now must be more regular with whatever blogging I decide to do.k
