Is today, and here is a link about it. The theme this year is Empower Rural Women-End Hunger and Poverty.  Some are choosing to focus on other themes or participate in a protest such as #govtfreevjj-story here.

Fun-da-men-tal.ism n. Fundamentalism is based on but extends a traditional religion to include rigid precepts for thought and behavior.

A Woman's Hero
A Born Humantarian
Founder of Reproductive Rights
Margaret Sanger (yes she was and still is accused of being a nazi, a racist, a slut,a vile creature, a whore, bla bla bla). It takes real courage to speak out and fight for women's health in the face of such condemnation, lies, insults, threatened and like other women's rights advocates stoned, arrested and spent time in jail.

FACT Check: False Claims of Black Genocide to undermine Sanger.(it seems so ironic that the one means to prevent abortion (the pill) is also under attack and as we see in the article below "women seeking  information about contraception are called "Obscene")

What a great post!! Thanks for posting this information...and I agree with you about Sanger...It is amazing how woman are maligned for speaking up about important issues for them only to be torn apart by the likes of Rush Limbaugh!!!

Thanks! :)
