Art Balls Debut and other stuff

Original wacky art
is now available for a mere pittance in the ART BALL machine. Four Yellow Springs Jafa's (Corrine Bayraktaroglu, Nancy Mellon, Talitha Greene, Deb Housh) joined forces to bring you art in a ball. Keep your eyes peeled for the "Art Ball" machine outside Village Artisans for one day only, June 9th, Street Fair Day.
It will be available again Art Stroll night, June 15th for the Chamberpot Gallery's opening reception at the Train Station.
If you miss both chances, don't fret, the "Art Ball" machine has found a home in the Emporium after June 15th.
Each ball will contain a little piece of art and a little joke, quote, or some trivia.

Other Stuff:My head is spinning trying to get everything done for the ChamberPot Gallery Reception. Sending out press releases alone takes time, never mind putting all the hardware on the paintings etc etc.

Your daughter is very talented! Thanks for sharing all of that with us. I sure wish that I lived there. I'd be keeping my eye's wide open for anything that you worked on! You are a total inspiration girl! :)

Thanks Angela, she is a good photgrapher :) Susie, I am looking pathetic hobbling around the place, but it is getting better. I'm not sure I will be making it to street fair (my daughters graduation from wright state). We may go in the afternoon, but I will keep my eye out for you. If would be cool to actually say hi in person.

I would imagine that Art Balls are going to be a success! I know I would probably stand there and deposit many many quarters/dollars delighting in the little treasures...

Like mother, like daughter - I imagine that her piece would look even better printed on canvas too.

Your daughter is incredibly talented, like you darling.
Again, my colours. I WANT IT!!!
It means more to me too, after having seen such delicious beauty on the ground in Turkey.

I hope your toe is feeling better.

Mr.zip, we are all kind of nervous about our balls. Will they sell, will people like them? Most people's reactions though are very positive to the idea :)

Jan, cynthia, thanks, my daughter is really good at photography. She got some incredible shots in Turkey.

Oh minx, woe is me, alas no imbibing in the devil's drink. I am on muscle relaxants and they are strong. You don't want to see me looking like a heap of jello now do ya ;) ain't pretty lol!
