Well here is what I've done so far and as much as I tried it seemed to look more and more Tim Burton"ish!!!!!! Not intentional. I had a reference photo that I altered on photoshop and then I adapted the image to the shape of the central dome and walla!! Very Jack!!!!!! and I am not redoing it again. I have tried a couple of times to redo and this is just the way it wants to be.
I filled the trough with rubbish and poured casting resin on it and used some russtoleum spray paint (looks like sprayed dirt) for the rest of the hubcap.
