The first time I went to a circus the clowns freaked me too. And when I took my daughter to her first circus, which happened to be Cirque du Soleil (sp?), those creepy clowns on stilts--way up in the air--simply terrorized her. I felt like a bad mom.
Imagine you are walking in the woods and you come upon an area that is filled with rocks painted with odd clown faces. No... I can't think about it. :(
I love that. Reminds me of the "FLF" (Fairy Liberation Front,) I created back in Canada. My friend & I would buy a bunch of dollar store fairy statues & just leave them out in nature in various places. Sometimes we'd go back to see if they were still there. One stayed put for quite a long time, actually. I can see painting a bunch of rocks like this & leaving them about. Perhaps this is the beginning of the RLF? *L*
This is moi, the artist,a jafagirl, and a bit of a cheeky geordie lass in Yellow Springs, Ohio. I like me kippers, marmite, a good curry, and mass quantities of tea. Welcome to my blog, a place about looking at life through an artist's eye, a virtual sketchbook for the creative meanderings of a Multi-Media artist.

Clowns scare me! :o
I know what you mean Lone Beader LOL! I have never liked them. Even when I was little I felt behind the jolly mask was a hidden darkness.
Bad Boffo! Clowns do have a certain uneasiness about them.
