Does the logo have to have SCARF written in it somewhere?

The Director didn't have any specifications, so I imagine she is leaving it up to the artists to come up with ideas :)

About a third of my work, as a designer, is pro-bono or deeply discounted, so I'm not without sympathy for the economies of the non-profit organization. But I am concerned about the "theft" of intellectual property of the artist involved. In the hierarchy of operating expenses of an organization, $100 I assume would be cover by the petty cash budget. I am simply questioning this organizations values as they consider their efforts toward their identity to the world to be of such low priority that they would cover it with loose change.

Mike, thanks for dropping by and your comments. I unfortunately cannot answer your questions or concerns beyond the intellectual property. I just volunteered to put the call out. What I can say is that the issue of intellectual property is addressed with the transfer of copyright form/document (her lawyer approved it) included in the link
